Retirement of Peter Hardin-Levine 06/28/2013
It is with great sadness and pride that we report Peter Hardin-Levine’s decision to retire from the practice of law. Peter has led a remarkable career spanning three decades. During that time, he was a law professor, a business lawyer, and a civil rights lawyer. In addition to being one of the founding partners of Thorman Hardin-Levine Co., LPA, he was a partner for Baker Hostetler, group General Counsel for TRW Inc., a litigator for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and a professor for the Case Western Reserve University School of Law. He has been a tremendous asset to the legal community, and we are proud to have had the opportunity to work with him here for nearly a decade of his career.

TPG obtained a reversal and remand of a previously dismissed age discrimination claim in the Sixth Circuit this week, in the case Gaglioti v. Levin Group. The case previously had been dismissed by the Northern District of Ohio on summary judgment. The case will now return to the trial court for a jury trial on the merits. Full story
